Driving innovation in quantum computing architecture, programming languages, and software development.
The Technology Department is the innovation engine of Qubibyte, where quantum computing breakthroughs happen. Our team works on cutting-edge quantum computing architecture, develops programming languages for quantum systems, and creates software solutions that make quantum computing accessible and practical for real-world applications.
Our Technology Department is currently developing the Qubibyte Quadra, a 4-Qubit Portable Liquid-State NMR Quantum Computer set to launch in Q3 2026. This groundbreaking device will make quantum computing more accessible at a price point under $5,000, opening new possibilities for research, education, and development in quantum computing applications across various industries.
Our browser-based Quantum Circuit Simulator provides an interactive environment for building, simulating, and visualizing quantum circuits in real time. It features drag-and-drop gate placement, Bloch sphere visualization, state vector inspection, measurement probability distributions, an NMR simulation mode, and export to PNG, SVG, and PDF.
The simulator is powered by the Qubi programming language, a purpose-built quantum language designed for readability and minimal syntax. QubiAI, an AI-powered code generator integrated directly into the Qubi editor, allows users to describe circuits in plain English and receive valid, executable Qubi code — supporting everything from simple Bell states to Grover's search algorithm.
The Technology Department focuses on creating quantum computing solutions that address real-world challenges. Our research and development efforts target applications in nuclear fusion reactor design, materials science, pharmaceutical drug development, and protocol security. We're not just building quantum computers, we're building the future of computational problem-solving.
The Technology Department is led by Trent Rosenthal, Chief Technology Officer (Acting), who has been serving in this acting capacity since November 23rd, 2025. The technology team drives innovation in quantum computing architecture and software, building the cutting-edge technology that powers Qubibyte's solutions.
