Operations Department

Overview

The Operations Department is the engine that keeps Qubibyte running smoothly. We manage day-to-day business activities, optimize processes, and ensure that our quantum computing solutions are delivered efficiently and effectively. From supply chain management to quality assurance, our team ensures operational excellence at every level.

Key Focus Areas

Our operations team is particularly focused on scaling production of our quantum computing hardware, including the upcoming Qubibyte Quadra. We work closely with the Technology Department to translate R&D into manufacturable products, and with the Financial Department to ensure cost-effective operations that support sustainable growth.

Leadership

The Operations Department is led by Trent Rosenthal, Chief Operating Officer (Acting), who has been serving in this acting capacity since November 23rd, 2025. The operations team works closely with all departments to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and efficient delivery of Qubibyte's quantum computing solutions.
